Package Pricing
Mileage - $0.35 per mile (one-way from Kemp, TX)
Driving Time - $30 per estimated hour (based on GPS estimate)

✅ Driving time is based on GPS-estimated duration, not actual drive time — you’re not charged for traffic delays.

Additional Fees
- Animal Transport: +$1 per hour (for care and monitoring)
Water is provided free. Food costs, if needed, are billed separately. - Extended Driving Rest Periods: +$200 for every 10 hours of driving (covers hotel and rest stop expenses)
+ $50 additional for animal care during rest periods. - Wait Time: We offer a free 30-minute grace period at pickup and drop-off locations.
After 30 minutes, wait time is billed at $0.50 per minute. - Tolls: Any tolls required for travel will be billed to you. (We aim to provide toll-free routes where possible.)
- Parking Fees: Any required parking fees will be billed to you.
- Returned/Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., recipient not available), a $30 fee applies.
- Re-Delivery Attempt: If you request a reattempted delivery, you will be responsible for any additional mileage, time, and hotel costs (if needed).
These prices are based on the private shipping industry, however we aim to be as transparent as possible. You will be quoted prior to the delivery, and you will be required to deposit the quoted amount. After delivery, you may be billed for any additional fees. We will aim to maintain communication with you, so you are not surprised.
